I am booked a ticket Baruni to N Delhi in TATKAL QUOTA, i make a ticket in wait list in position is 8, 9, 10, 11 WL, last time chart preparation two seat are confirmed and two seat are wait-list, i am filling TDR for refund but irctc not give me a refund, my ticket pnr no. 635-8702669, traveling date- 10- Jun- Transaction ID: 0349846805, Train No. & Name: 12553/VAISHALI EXP, Please sir you ive me a correct information about this ticket.
