Not getting e ticket even after making payment

I booked an e ticket with transaction ID 0483100311 on 8/04.After making payment of Rs. 532/- through SBI Bank (debit card) it shows the massage below:

My username is 'abul06'.On checking my transaction details it shows the payment is not recieved from bank whereas my account has been debited with Rs. 532
