I had booked railway ticket (on line) on 20-3 and payment of Rs. 309.47 was made through credit card.
On receiving credit card statement I was shocked to note that same amount (i.e.309.47) is appearing twice, once on 18-3 and
another on 20-3 so I contacted credit card dept and brought this duplication to their notice. They replied that railway has
claimed these money and Railway has to rectify this mistake.
In support of my claim, I request to go through"Booking of History" which clearly shows booking only on 20-3. This is mistake,
by Railway and request you to rectify and refund Rs.309.47 at earliest.
