PNR no. 6307451655

Dear Sir,

The day i booked my ticket it was in waiting list 1 and 2 (2 adults), around a month ago. But now when i checked its pnr no. it is still in WL1 and WL2 and when i check the train information i found that the waiting list has came down to WL12 from WL18. So why my ticket is not confirmed while i am having WL 1 and 2?

Please check your system as fast as you can because i have to travel tomorrow.
