Refund of e- Ticket cancellation money

I have cancelled E-ticket bearing PNR No-6510839726 for Rs. 10390/- and PNR No-6210839681 for Rs.11300/-. Igot the message that the amount will be credited back to my bank account from where it was deducted. But my account is not yet credited. Please look into the matter as I have to book ticket for another day. Please do the needful at the earliest
