REFUND OF AIR E-TICKETS

Dear Team Members

I have cancelled my AIR E TICKET'S ;- 5899553962686, 5899553962687, 5899553962688, 5899553962689 from Jaipur to Goa vide IRCTC Transaction ID:5000019824 on 14.06. since then I am in touch with ITCTC via e-mail as well at their customer care center toll free number 1800110139 for refund. Bit till date neither the refund has been credited to my account nor they are in a position to commit a date by which the refund would be credited to my Bank Account.

As a last resource I request you to take up the matter with IRCTC so that I could get the refund.
