The amount Rs.2114 deduct from my account but ticket not booked and refund also not made through www.irctc.co.in

Taday i try to book tatkal ticket from nasik to mughalsarai train no.2336 and second time from pune to varansi train no.1039 through irctc.co.in, at that time the amount of Rs.1084 first time and second time Rs.1030 deducted from my state bank banking account but ticket was not booked yet. and amount of both transaction total Rs. 2114 not refunded to my account.
