Hi,
I had booked an online ticket for journey on 5th Oct.
The train was late at that day by 6 or more hours.
After several reminders I got a refund back from IRCTC on 19 AUG (after almost 11 Months)
But I got only half of the money back.
My compaint/ question to the IRCTC authorities is that, why, firstly I had recived payment after 11 months and that is 1/2 of the ammount I had actuly paid.
Why the half of the ammount was deducted and who will be hold responsible for the pain and suffering I had gone through while travelling on that day to my destination and through out the whole procedure of getting my money back?
