Remaining Amout not received from IRCTC

Dear Sir/Mam

I am booked the one ticket 5 March Date of Journey 17 March From Gurgaon to Jodhpur But Train was cancelled on 17 March and I am file the TDR for refund But after some days I am received only 122/- But my ticket amount is 244 10 = 254 . Many times i mailed to IRCTC but always same reply received your amouunt credit shortly... But 5-6 month I am not received remaining amout... Train Number 14059/DLI JSM EXPRESS, PNR NO.2117650815 .
