UNNECESSARY HARASSMENT

Hello,

I am a Distributor of MULTILINK ONLINE SERVICES for North East Region of India. I dont know whose fault it is, but me and all my sub-agents are suffering due to the de-activation of RAILWAY BOOKING SERVICE in our respective portals for TWO MONTHS. We were told that it will be reactivated soon, say 10 -15 days. But till date the 10 - 15 days story is still going on. Multilink is constantly in touch with IRCTC but IRCTC has not yet re-activated the blocked accounts. We are losing customers everyday because of this. I checked with many other travel agencies, most of them are working fine.

I would like to have a reply from any IRCTC official or anyone who can enlighten me on this problem. Please speed up your procedures and start the service soon. Everyone does not have to suffer because of the fault of a few people. We have already paid our money and we want our services started.
