I have booked train tickets from mughalsarai to mumbai in train No.0054/GHY CSTM in AC three tier for three persons my wife, my mother and self in on 6TH NOVEMBER.I came to mughalsarai station on the schedule departure date and time. on enquiry it is informed that train has been canclled. I became surprised as i have not been provided any information either through e-mai or through sms by the IRCTC. further on enquiry on 139 railway help line no. it is informed that train is on time. On the date of journey after cancellation of train i consulterd Dy. S.S Mugalsarai and wrote a complain the copy of complain is with me. i enquired about the fault by the railway they told the cant do aything it is fault of IRCTC.As i had no option i stayed at hotel in the night and took another mode of transport becausee i was with my family and i had to attend my office in mumbai on 14.12.09.the entire exercise cost me Rs.20000/- i would like to request you that since i have not been provided any information by irctc due to which i incurred mental trauma and financial lossof Rs. 20000/- the same may please be compensated by the IRCTC.
