TDR Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have cancelled our ticket on IRCTC site on TDR Department on 05.10.2011 under PNR No 2126244131 and we were told that refund will be given after three month almost four month have past but there is no reply from there and progress is zero.

Kindly look into this matter and try to solve our problem
