Sir/madam,
i booked five ticket (4 female and 1 male) from gkp to lko on 8/6. which transaction id and pnr are 0345587279 & 2649940294 respectively. During booking i was demand for UB, LB, MB. But after payment (Rs 720) i have got 5 SB with different section. lastly i cancelled these five ticket because it is very difficult to accommodate four ladies with different section of SB. And deducted 200 Rs from my account.
therefor, i request to irctc, if u are unable to providing the demand birth then plz do'nt book the ticket and request to return my 200 Rs.
