REFUND OF MONEY

today morning i was trying to book eticket from irctc online service www.irctc.co.in

my user id is sranjan87, pnr no-0, transaction id-0320465187, train no-13246, capital express and was from patna to new jalpaiguri.after makin payment i was waiting for ticket details but suddenly page disappeared and started showing error loading page when processing was in progress.now problem is that my transaction history showing this as failed transaction and also payment not received from bank where as my bank statment is showing Rs 1158 has been deducted.also irctc is showing that settlelment is being requested.please forward this complain to irctc so that i could get back my money.anybody having similar prob pls tell me if i would get my money or not.
