I have purchased Toyota ETIOS (Petrol) vide invoice no. B20110000096, dated 13.04.2011 from EAST AFRICA TOYOTA, Vadodara.
For free servicing (10000 KM or one year whichever is less), when I had tried to contact the concern dealer, no one attend the phone. In the mean time it is already over by one month. I came to know that Tyota has canceled the delearship of East Africa Toyota, Vadodara.
Then I cantacted newly opened showroom of Tyota Car (NARMDA TOYOTA) on phone gut they refused to do free service stating that since one year period is over we can not give the same and you may try with the dealer from where you have purchased the car.
On 12th June I have received a phone call from (NARMDA TOYOTA) asking me to get my car serviced but the same will be paid service and total expenditure will be around Rs.2500/ including labour charges. Because of no fault from my side, why I should bear this expenses?
Please help me out so that I can avail free service for my ETIOS.
