Dear Sir/Madam,
I am really irritated by the service of TVS Iyengar and Sons, Kottayam & Pathanamthitta service centre, because not a single parts for my car is available in the showroom.
I had purchased my car in 2011 and since then I am not at all happy with the service provided by TVS. Whenever I visit the showroom there will be loads of customers who will be there for complaint and there are customers whose car might be withheld in the showroom for a weeks time just for the replacement of a small nail even. I see fights whenever I visit the showroom.
I dont know why TVS Iyengar and sons are not purchasing enough spare parts for their customers?? I dont know whether they are gonna survive in the market for a long time if they continue like their service like this.
I wish nobody should purchase vehicles from TVS Iyengar showroom.
I would definitly wait for a response from the responsible people from Mahindra/TVS Iyengar and Sons so that my problems get solved.
