I am an Indian living in Tokyo for last 10 years. My mother-in-law is sick and supposed to travel on Nov 21st. It is a code shared flight All Nippon Airways and Jet airways, and I had called for wheel chair assistance request in India yesterday, and the treatment I got on the telephone was worst ever!! The staff > miss Parul < was the most rude staff I came accross with. The information regarding my mother-in-law`s sickness was being asked very very arrogantly and rudely. One should understand his duty as an employee of a top Indian airline!! Basic thing- HOW TO TALK!!
On the other hand as I called ANA airlines, one should have really heard the concern in the voice, service!
Parul, she should be ashamed of herself for such service.
Hate this kind of staff...
