Amount Transferred without our knowledge

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that on 10th July I tried booking an air ticket from Mumbai to Coimbatore through online booking. But unfortunately I couldn't book as it showed an error after entering the amount in the transaction details. I too logged out thinking that the amount has not been transferred. I didn't receive any flight ticket. But to my shock, when I saw the bank statement today (06.08.2010), the amount of Rs.11486/- was transferred once and an amount of Rs.11708/- was transferred 5times to the account 000000000654. The total amount transferred is Rs.70026/-. So I request you to transfer the amount to my Account No. : 054700500000211 immediately.
