Non refund of Cancelled Fare

I have purchased a airlines ticket on 10th of Oct from One Stop Shop through on line of JET Lite, My schedhuled Journey was on 11th Oct Kolkata To Silchar Passenger Name (S Dutta) and my PNR No was 5793022047, but due to sudden urgency I havecancelled my Ticket on the same day of my journey at Kolkata Airport, where the jetlite authority told me that I will get back my fare after deduction of certain charges.
