Taking money for wasted petrol

I took my Maruti 800 vehicle for refuelling at the IBP Petrol station at Thattanchavady, Puducherry on 28th March at 1 pm. The technician at the refuelling station wasted Rs. 20/- worth petroleum, and I was asked to pay for the same. When I refused to pay, I was mobbed by the other staff, and was made to pay for the wasted petrol.

Kindly look into the matter, and ensure that customers are made to pay only for what they get.
