Holi Festival Bonanza Rs. 40, 000/- in kind not given

I purchased an Indica Vista on 17.3.11 from Joshi Autozone, Chandigarh. There was an advertisement on 18.3.11 in The Tribune that the manufacturers had given a bonanza on Holi Festival of Rs. 40, 000/- from 17.3.11 to 27.3.11. The Dealer did not give the same. A complaint was made to Sh. Deepak Joshi, Prop: on 11.4.11. The complaint was not even acknowledged.
