Respected sir/madam
This is to inform you that on dt. 15.06.10 sent a document from lumding to guwahati through DTDC courier but on dt 16.06.10 at 4 p.m i asked DTDC courier Kalapahar branch & ulubari branch document no. K41680087 is wheather reached or not in guwahati. After calling 4/5 time both branchesThen, lastly kalapahar branch manager say the document is reach in guwahati but they says their unable to delivered on same day, They will delivered on next day at 12 noon. The document was most imporant for my self.& Lastly I collect the document at 8.20 P.M. from ulubari branch.
As above circumstance i was upset i think it was one of the harassment from DTDC courier. Kindly looking this matter seriously.
