Defective part not replaced

Dear sir,

I purchased a new honda scooty (Aviater) in the month of April. When i had payed the amount and during handing over to me the scooty I was shown the partly damaged rear side mud guard and assured that it will be replaced very soon, But now it is 5 months and the damaged part has not been replaced. Every time I visit and enquire about it they bluntly refuse to do so and make mockery of it. I feel cheated and pathetic as a costumer. I request through this forum to teach a lesson to the show room so that they never make false promises and behave respectively to the costumers who spend their hard earned money for new products and get the damaged parts.
