Sir,
I had used the services of Karavan Relocations to move my household good to Kerala (Calicut) on 29/07 following our sudden need to shift out due to travel reasons. We were unable to accompany the Movers and Packers to Calicut and hence trusted Karavan Relocations to do their duty in honesty. We paid 14, 000 INR for the same. After the goods were delivered in Calicut (in our absence), when we checked later there were two parcels missing from what we had send. Items indexed 27 and 31.
We called the Director of the Company, Mr. Ashok Aggarwal regarding this he instructed us to mail him the details. This was done on August 16th, and despite constant phone calls there was absolutely no response from him, and I send another mail on August 19th. He refused to pick up calls made from my number and I had to trick him into accepting my call by calling from another number and then talking to him. He replied to the mail saying "The driver of the truck has been intimidated and I will get to you soon.
After that he has consistently been avoiding my phone calls and refusing to reply to my mails. I work with the Indian Foreign Service at present and is in my training period, which makes it difficult for me to follow up all the time, considering my busy schedule and travelling.
Kindly help me get back my things that has been stolen by this scoundrel and his company.
