509 not waiting on its stops regularly

Good Morning Sir

This is kavita travelling from Ghansoli (MBP Area) to Maheshwari udyan regularly by 509 bus. Approximatly between 7 to 7.20 PM.

This no bus[509] is'nt been waiting till all traveller get in the bus since from many days; though bus is almost vacant.

Public who almost waiting for an hours shouting and asking about their batch no & other details but they rudely reject to give any of details and been continued their behaviour of not waiting on the stops.

Kindly take strict action against this Malfuntioning of BEST employee; which realy leads to dangerous issue in future..
