I, Kappor/somlata Mrs. Reservation number FPJPQI dated 10th may Monday From Mumbai to Manglore at 6.45 arrival at Manglore 10.15am. Flight number FLT3143 ECONOMY SEAT NO. 28

With rference to above I, somlata kapoor, frequent traveller of Kingfisher would like to inform you that i was flying on 10th of may, which was declaired as the Anniversary day of the airlines and on that day the gift voucher10 given to all the passengers, I was the last passenger to get down being on wheel chair, it was said, the said vouture is finished unluckily.

I brought the matter to the notice of the Manager, Kingfisher, at Manglore Airport on 10th of May as well as on 27th May.

No action being taken on the matter,

Again I am flying by the same Airline on 18th of October from Mumbai to Manglore.
