I (Dr a.k.gupta) baught a new car ie. indica vista LX tdi base iii of Tata motors from K.M.CARS SAGAR on 25 may of Rs.5, 51374/-(FIVE LACS FIFTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR ONLY) ON 25 MAY.
ON very first day of purchasing the car from K.M. CARS PVT LTD SAGAR just after worship of new car at showroom i with my family (my wife n three children 2, 6 and 10 years) started to go back to my home just after 1/2 km. from the showroom the CAR failed on the road automatically, i called the showroom atleast 12 to 15 times but nobody reached there to help even after more than 2 hours untill i reached there on my own foot and there my family where very hungry and thirsty and on the high risk because of night time and highway we requested to change the car but they denied.anyway anyhow they resolve the problem but we were not conveynced with there justifications we requested to changr the car but they refused, anyhow we reached at home about 11.30at night.
Secondly just after 15
days of purchase (under warranty period) me and my family along with my young children werw on a tour of Agra and mathura to meat my mausi g and my family tour to my wife and children, we started from khurai via malthone reached at jhansi stayed at night there started next morning were going smoothely suddenly engine of the car started noising khat khat khat khat at bamor between gwalior and morena. Our driver stopped the car there only. Immediately i contected to mr. manish ahuja director of the K.M. CARS SAGAR and told him about the breakdown of the car near gwalior n morena just to help us anyway but he refused and said first you bring the car to sagar workshop.i told him manish g we are in tight corner and having problem in engine perhaps how can we bring the car, but he didnt took it seriously even though i was there in the problem with my young children and dangerous belt..then i called upon to the tata motors helpline no. to help us they sent us resque after atleast 2 to3 hours then they took my new car by tochen with a jeep to the A.S. MOTORS GWALIOR.They told us that there is some big problem in cars engine... and it will take time we said ok.we resided there at hotel after the problem of 5to 6 hours (a big breakdown again).we were suffering a lot there even we had to go to our mausi g and our family tour.then we hired a private taxy to agra mathura and vrindavan next day we came back to gwalior till monday car was not ok .then we decided to leave gwalior again we hired a private taxi and returned to our home khurai distt. sagar, agin complained to the k.m car to replace my car they disagreed.till today my car is at A.S.MOTORS GWALIOR FOR THE REPAIRMENT THEY SUPPORTED US A LOT and trying to take approval for engine replacement. BUTnot by k.m.car sagar..now my family is afraiding to even sit in that car. I REQUEST YOU SIR EITHER TO REPLACE MY CAR COMPLETELY OR MY MONEY BACK AND MY EXPENSES APPROX 15000/- DURING OUR JOURNEY AND 1LAC TO OUR MENTAL PROBLEM AND OUR HIGH RISK.
