I am writing this complaint after a deep frustuation due to the customer and Bike service provided by the Kohinoor motors, Greams Road, Chennai and the Service from the TVS on the customer care.
I have been trying to complaint the below issues on my bike which is just 7 months old and right from the beginning I've been facing these problems. Everytime I leave my bike for service, initially I was leaving with the Akshaya Motors where none of the issues are fixed..
I have been facing with several issues with the bike and they are as below.
Front & back wheel wobbling
Engine noise is too bad
vibration of bike is pathetic when the RPM reaches 4000 to 5000
Gear box is pathetic.. If I shift from 3rd gear to 4th gear, the lever gets shifted whereas the bike comes to neutral and it doesnt move upon my accleration.
While riding the bike, it automatically shifts down the gear. example from 4th to 3rd without even my foot touching the gear lever.
I have not even reached 5000 KMS in the past 7 months and even before that I've started facing these issues..
Everytime I leave the bike for service, none of the issues are being fixed and I am sure that when all the free services gets completed, they will start bringing the concerns those which they have tried to cover up all these days and try to get the money from the customer for which they should have fixed in the free services.
This is the worst experience and severe action should be taken against the Kohinoor motors and TVS company who has been answering my complaints while calling them through toll free number and giving a lathorgic answer... all I am being told is that the respective team will call in 24 hours... I've heard it two times and no responses to e-mail too..
Companies like these has to be punished and charged severely to ensure that the Indian citizens are not cheated by these cheap people.
I believe this complaint atleast will take some actions on the respective company from the higher authority level.
