I boarded taxi no. WB-04 E / 5495 from my home to my office. Immediately after that the taxi driver took the taxi to a gas station for refuelling. I objected to this and wanted to leave the taxi but he said it will only take two minutes so I decided to wait. The taxi metre was running and it took 8 mins. for refuelling. At the drop point I gave him rs.4 less than the metre fare because it was extra due to his refuelling. At this the driver started abusing and shouting at me and when I warned him of using such language he just fled away. Such behaviour is simply not accepted in a civil society. Can any action be taken against him?
