Poor handling of Custome

I had gone to koncept automobiles in Noida for the service of my car no DL 9CQ4171 after taking due appointment a day before. After making me wait for 30 minutes an incompetent attendant was deputed tfor my car who did not know the complete job as the original service mechanic who was alloted was too busy.

The entire process took more than an hour till I made a noise for the same.By making an incompetent person handling my car the company was putting my life to big risk by not advising me the actual faults and possible job required to be done for my car since the mechanic deputed was having little knowledge.
