I am Vidit Agarwal and i have a complain against Borah Hyundai. The shock absorber of the vehile both side has been damaged since over 50 days. But the people in the workshop are not providing me a replacement although mine is covered under warranty. They say that the part is not available and they have placed an order to the company. I suffering severely because of this and other damages are implicated upon the vehicle due to faulty part. I have tried complaining to the higher authorities but there has been no response.
