I HAD MENTIONED A CONCERN AND THE HONDA DEALERSHIP HAS CONVERTED THE CONCERN TO COMPLAINT. I WORK FOR A VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP AND LINKING MY COMPLAINT WITH MY PROFESSION IS CHEAP AWKWARD AND 3RD RATE,

I CAN ASSURE I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER WHO IS FACING THESE KIND OF APPROACH AND ATTITUDE FORM K T C HONDA CALICUT., ACTUALLY MAJORITY ARE UN AWARE OF THIS PROTOCOL.

I HAD GIVEN MY HONDA ACTIVA FOR SERVICE AT KTC HONDA CALICUT AND RECEIVED THE SCOOTER "SO SAID AFTER SERVICE". MY ERROR WAS NOT ATTENDED, MY BREAK LIGHTS HEAD LIGHTS ETC WERE STILL NOT WORKING AND MORE OVER MY SCOOTER HAD SCRATCHES WHEN DELIVERED AFTER SERVICE.

AFTER MY FIRST POST OF CONCERN IN HONDA I WAS ADDRESSED AND OFFERED 300RS AS COMPENSATION FOR THE HELMET THAT I LOST.THEN AFTER THE SECOND COMPLAINT POST I WAS ADDRESSED AND AGAIN OFFERED 450 RS.

NOW I RECEIVE A CALL SAYING THE MD OF YOUR DEALERSHIP HAS CONTACTED THE MD OF COMPANY I AM WORKING AND IS LITERALLY THREATENING ME TO WITH DRAW THE COMPLAINT ADDING THEY ARE GOING TO WITH DRAW THE OFFER 400RS IF I POST A COMPLAINT AGAIN.

MY SERIOUS DOUBT IS CUSTOMER RELATIONS A MOCK DEPARTMENT FOR YOU? IS THIS THE WAY A CUSTOMER NEED TO BE TREATED LINKING JOB TO THE COMPLAINT ISSUED?

I WANT SERIOUS SOLUTION ON THIS OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO APPROACH IT MORE SERIOUSLY AT SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES OR EVEN CONSUMER COURT.I WOULD HAVE LEFT IT IF I WAS AT LEAST SAID A SORRY RATHER SHOWERING AUTHORITY ON ME AND THREATENING ME.

I had registered my lack of satisfaction on the service KTC HONDA calicut provides. The service is worst and so the the way behaved. I am happy my last complaint was seriously taken by honda, but KTC has no plans for the same. I was offered 300rs to withdraw the complaint. I lost my helmet and my work cd, and they are just concentrating on complaint with draw.

My complaint was not because i am poor to buy a helmet, It was just as of the worst service and response that i receive each and every single time i provide my vehicle for service, This is the only center where in the bike is untouched and says your vehicle is services, this is the only center where in you loose your stuff and the company says ask the staff, this is only company that says, helmet is bigger than the customer dis-satisfaction, this is the only center where in a brand new scooter given for 2nd service is untouched and yet is given back with scratches on both side.

If the service provider is this way to whom should we register our concern? or is the whole show a mimic?
