Respected Sir,
With due to respect I beg to state that I am an exsisting cutomer since 2006 under L.B Gas Service (74 West Ghosh para road, Shyamnagar). Whenevr I go to register for double cylinder they are not even giving my registration no. always replying please come afterwards. I asked them after registration when I will get my double cylinder they told it will take for more than four to five years.
Now I am in a very typical situation my cylinder is empty for more than 2 day's. I have booked my refill on 17th june and still it is pending. Yesterday when I called my dealer to please deliver the gas they told me to wait for 42 days from the date of booking.
The dealer says no extra faclility will be given to the consumer who have single cylinder if it is empty, supply will be same for both single or double cylinder consumer. I asked them there sales manager or proprietor contact no. they said they don't have it.
Sir, please help me I am living with my mom 51yr's old it is very unfavourable condition in my home please say dealer to issue my double cylinder, But atleast please manage to send me one refill immediately my consumer no. is 30616 Sir.
Please do the needfull and I will be highly obliged.
