Not replace spares of indica xeta

Accidently silencer is broken before two months but that time i am not comfortable to place my car in service. i have already paid full insurance money since last three years. now that company person said it is old damage thats y i m not abale to replace that but half pipe is changed by that fallow and another main part of silencer is not covered. so please give support.
