Epairing of scoote

I have given scooter before four months ago to aman service center, with amount of Rs.200/- to mechanic, and i was going to delhi for official duty at that time the mechanic was phoned me continuosly the scooter is repaired and he was continuously phoned me regarding taking up of scooter, when i was released from delhi i am going there and ask him give my scooter he shows me the scooter is not repaired, and from that time to till today he is not reparing the scooter and not given to me.

what is the best way to right up.
