No announcement for running delayed in train schedule

Today 24/01 we have start from Borivali 09-49 Churchgate Fast train it was delayed by 45 Min behind from it’s schedule but not a single one take responsibility to announce why Trains are running late? even after we have facility in train for announcement system we all are wonder that even Motorman or Guard has no details for the same we are employed and we need to give correct reason for late in office. So I request you to kindly announce the fact so we can even inform our office a proper reason
