Dear Sir I have bought Logan car petrol 1.4 in 2009. Till now this has run 67000 k.m. One day while driving from Delhi to Noida running car suddenly stopped with Jerk. Crain had been called and vehicle sent maintenance to Koncept Noida sector 2 for maintenance. Service Engg tolds that Timer belt broken and it also damaged Valves inside. The entire expences for repair came Rs 27500/-. I bring to your notice nobody told to me that after 60000 km running Timer belt need to be changed. Though have done regular maintenance, i have to bear all expences and paid all amount. The issue is not over yet But after expending so much amount Vehicle is not repaired. Vehicle heats up while running. Again i have gone to Service station and their Engg told me the reason of warming up is THE CAP OF COOLENT RESVOIR is damaged hence vehicle is warming up. I have asked them to change but cap and ressvoir is not available in store. Already three days have passed and am not able to get CAP OF RESERVOIR and am not able to use my Vehicle. I approach all the senior management of Koncept workshop but all in vain.
Request you to look into this and do the needfull.
I lived in Delhi and every day goes to Gurgoan for office work. Every day i am expending approx Rs1200 on taxi. Family is also suffering.
in abscence not providing satisfactory services i am seeking to approach Ombudsman/owner of Mahindra for the issue.
