Delay in deleivery of refill

It is very surprising to see at my complaint against the dealer at Hissar M/S National Gas Agency sent to you earlier is not redressed by now.

Again i am submitting my complaint for doing the needful immediately. my consumer ID is 4243 my refill order was booked on 16-12 booking no. was 315. Dealer is neither picking up the phone nor giving any satisfactory reply.
