Our gas agency under IOC Ltd.namely Hazarika Gas Agency in Dergaon, Dist. Golaghat, Assam, pin-785614 unnecessarily harrasing me and other consumers by not delievering refill cylinder after months of booking. I have double cylinder connection but I couldnot get even one refill cylinder after 35/40 days. They sold cylinders in black market for double profit and paid no heed to consumers appeals. Please help me out.
