Luggage issue

I am a crew member of royal caribbean cruise and we are almost every year travelling, recently some of our crew member has to go a through a big problem about jet airways luggage limits.we already forwarded to the human resource about this matter but i want jet airways to deal with it not have any inconvenience while travelling.
