New bike problem

We brought Mahindra rodoe on 18/07, we brought Mahindra rodoe on 18/07, in Nachiket Automotives Basavanagudi, right from taking bike delivery there was minor problem, when we contacted show room people they said give for first service then will repair it. then we bike for first service on 29/09, next day we collected bike, but still same problem still exit, next we gave bike for 2nd service on 17/11, next day we collected bike, while coming back home only bike got off 3 times, next day we reported to the showroom, they took bike back to garage, we called them on 12/12, they said its ready u can come and collect it, we went on 12/12 and collected bike, on 13/12 again it was creating same problem, we called them showroom people, they came to my home took the bike back. they said they will give a call back but nothing happened, my husband went on 19/12 they said will call and delivery on 20/12, again there was no response, on 21/12 again i went with my bro-in-law on 21/12, we mate senior Engg Mallikarjun he promised us that they will call and delivery bike on 22/12 by 12.00, but he called me by 3.30 and said still some problem is there in bike. will give u tomo.

Please let me know how to go but this.
