Authorised service center refuse repair in warranty

Dear sir,

While returning from office to home on 21st June ON my new bolero sle, recently purchased, had been developed starting problem on road, I reported this problem to your authorised service center at GUWAHATI, IFE .

IFE 'S ast manager Mr. Khan had sent carry van with engineers on 22/06 morning, but they failed to solve the problem and pulled my car to their ASC, IFE.

On 27th June, I got a call from IFE (ASC), Guwahati that my car's engine has to be opened, on that as I was in upcountry, I visited your asc, IFE on 28th June, at that time, I found my engine was already open, and IFE refused to repair my car in warranty, as per them my bolero's engine has been hydrolic LOCK and cannot be covered under warranty.

I was very much surprised as i never drived my car in flood/ or in water, i informed that to your asc, but they are not ready to listen. My car's starting problem develops on road and in completely dry condition. On, my 1st service, there was a complaint i reported that the coolant chamber is empty on every day, and I have to refill it on daily basis, and that problem was not solved. I reported that to your ASC.

One more thing, while My car has been submitted to your asc on 22/06, I had noticed ASC's workshop was completely submerged under water and dealer pumped out water from their workshop, it may be due to the rain water log in inside their workshop, which was not at all in ideal condition.

2nd thing, My car was deposited to the ASC, IFE on 22/06, but I have got the jobsheet on 28th june '2012 when I asked for it.

3rd thing, the jobsheet was of dated of 25th June, that means there was no real time log in of call as I deposited that car on 22nd' june.

4th thing, after purchasing of the car after one month, I have noticed one porition of colour on back right side of the body has been faded, it gradually increases, it is not matching with near by colour of the body, i understand that portion is a dent and mahindra sales/ or dealer IFE painted that portion and saled the car to me, it is again a cheating case.

Once I again, I want to request to Mahindra / or its ASC to provide warranty in my Very NEW bolero, as I know that my car had never been drived in flood/ or in water as wrongly been highlighted by your ASC, IFE.

I have already sent complaint at [email protected], called them several times, but every time they told that my complaint has been forwarded and it will be solved, but there is no feedback.

This is my sincere request to Mahindra, so that your this customer will not be harrased or cheated any more.
