I have bought a brand new 1.5 DLX, Mahindra Logan from India Garage, Chennai on 21.05.2010 so far done only 5323 Kms. On its maiden trip itself the fuel line failed and I have to tow the vehicle to my native and on my complaint the service personnel from Shiva Automobiles attended the complaint, by replacing the fuel line completely. Thereafter the same issue cropped up in August, resulted in repacement of fuel again. Presently when I have planned a long trip on 01.10. while on the way, the machine failed because of the same problem about 90 Kms away from Chennai, in mid of the road I am not even able to start the engine. With great difficulties, monetorily and physically I have bought back the vehicle to Chennai. In all such instances, I was stranded in mid of the road during night hours, with my family and kids.

I don't think it is the problem of fuel line, as it was replaced twice within a period of 2 months, it is some thing major with the performance of the vehicle itself.

I have sent a detailed mail to the company and awaiting for their favourable reply. I have only two options, either replace the vehicle with new one or refund the money back with interest.

Hope they understand and fix the problem.
