I have purchasedSym flite on the eve of Makar Sankranti (14.1.11) from Evergreen Motors, Jhalawar. At the time of delivery accelerator was not working properlydue to congesion in throttle. with the assurance of marketing agent, Mr Narendra that this problem will solved at te time of first service. But due to hard accelerator my wife was not able to smooth drive. Threfore, after 15 days again I visited your service center where mechanic byusing JUGAR technology i.e.by using washer he make the accelerator in working codition but not satisfactory and said that this is due to manufacturing defect. This problem will be solved at the time of first servicing but problem was not solved in the first servicing. Mr Narendra told me that tomorrow mechanic will come from Kota who will solve your problem. Next day again, he used JUGAR technology but not able to solve the problem. He also changed the accelerator wire but again the work was not satisfactory and even now I am facing problem in smooth driving. It is very shame for you & your Company that your engineer /mechanic were not able to understand the real problem. If you are not able to solve my problem in my newly purchased power scooter I will complain in consumer court.
