I had given a Mahindra Duro for repair after an accident on 23rd Dec. they said it would be ready by 31st dec. might take one or two days extra. i was willing to give them this much time to resolve all issues. Yesterdy, 24th january was my fourth follow-up with them. yesterday, they told me that they would have to change the chassis and would require me to file an application with RTO for a new chassis no. the lady also says that some parts are not available. It has been more than one month, they have not given me the vehicle and still they say it will take one more week. Moreover, they are rude and ignorant when i try to ask them details of delivery etc. they also refuse to give any phone numbers so that i can contact them.
