Poor service

Dear sir,

This is to be informed that my self devanand mishra a consumer of mahindra & mahindra. I atteched from mahindra service centre, raigarh, dist-raigarh, chhattisgarh.sir this is going of 4 months, i bought a mahindra xylo from the above agency, dur to first servising i got a fault in my car i.e.rare shokup.my car is in under warrenty of 2 years/100000km as per your scheme.that problem had to be solved at that time but the agency head told me that we don't have the above part now so please wait soon, i accept that and i was waiting but this is going 4 months of my request but they didn't prefer me the service yet, and they need of 7 hour's for general chekup and servicing and it is so poor service sir.

Sir it means that you are not porper preffering the parts to the service centre or it may be that they have any other problem. i think they are waiting for the 100000 km after they provide me the shokup (rare). sir i am not proper of raigarh my home town is jashpur which is about 200 km from raigarh, i have to come from their for each servicing and that typr of minor fault just think sir is it fere.

Please sir i am requesting you that please solve my problem as soon as you can and i am waiting for your online responce.
