I have done my booking thro'ake my trip & my booking refrence is NF 25135860871. The booking is registered by Make my trip & the ticket is not yet issued to me. I have contacted them 3 times, first time to Jyothi, second time to Sonali & third time to Manoj Sharma but each one after half an hour of holding informs that I will get some one to talk to me in next half an hour but later there is no response from them.
The service level provided by Make my trip is highly poor & questionable.
