No refund of Amount

I booked my ticket from Chennai-Patna and Patna-Chennai under booking ID NF251463009952. On 23rd of Apr. i requested them through mail that you are providing me journey on my required day then cancel my all ticket under mentioned booking ID. But they cancel tickets from Chennai- Patna not Patna-Chennai.

They haven't return my booking amount yet. And also they are responding properly.
