No refund after 19 days

I booked one air ticket: Booking ID: NF251326267917, on 25 th May. I cancelled the ticket on 26th May. But after 19 days the amount is not credited in my bank account. So many times I called at service center to know the status, but I didnot get any positive answer from their end. I am really in trouble. I dont know how I will get my money. Please look into the matter..
