I had booked airline ticket for travel from Ahmedabad to Seattle (u s) and from Seattle (u s) to Ahmedabad through makemy trip online booking portal. Due to unavoidable circumstances I requested the company to either cancel the ticket or postpone date of journey. They simply rejected the request stating that once the journey started the ticket can't be canceled and according to air line rules it can not be postponed too. There is no such condition mentioned on the ticket.
